Key Technical Points in Process Usage
1. Mixing Process: DIAD is a liquid additive, recommended to be pre-mixed with plasticizers before being added to the system for stirring, which can further improve dispersion uniformity and reduce mixing time.
2. Temperature Control: Strictly adhere to the processing range of 80–140°C, avoiding localized short-term overheating to prevent premature decomposition of the foaming agent, which could lead to uneven foaming and porosity defects.
3. Foaming Rate Adjustment: To slow down or speed up gas production, use a dedicated foaming regulator in conjunction with the process. Relying solely on increasing the processing temperature is not recommended.
